Nick Chase and Jess Hardy are at a local animal rescue facility when the massive earthquake hits, followed by an even more dangerous tsunami--practically buried alive, the two kids and two teachers struggle to survive, unsure if anyone else from their town has escaped the disaster that has destroyed their homes.
